They had Louisana Hot Sauce, so they start off with 4 stars just for that. The boudin balls were delicious. I could have done without the mustard sauce, but I guess it depends on your preference. It was my first time having gumbo, and it was . In the event my wife gets sick, she wants me to come get her gumbo from here. She is aware that we live 25 minutes away. She said it's that good. Fish was crispy, hot, and fresh. This is a nice spot to check out!!
