A perfect night at Charlie Palmer Steak House Our waiter Arland was top notch. He worked for Harrahs Steak house over 30 years. The food was spot on, and I’m a icky home gourmet Chef. My amazing host, Austin McDaniel and I thoroughly enjoyed his first time at Charlie Palmer’s. I felt special as his first player to be treated to this wonderful experience. The Filet Mignon, Seared Scallops and Potato Gratin were the highlight of our meal. Thank you so much David Morris, (Head Chef), for coming out to meet us. You and your staff are truly talented. Looking forward to seeing you all soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ Gratefully, Deborah L Santoro
We love Bianca. Best bartender wver
Like it a lot. Pricy but well worth it. Delicious Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
My husband and I are locals! We have dined with them twice now. Service is awful. We waited for a long time just to get a drink on a Thursday night hardly anyone as we watched all the waiters stand around. If you are paying that much money, service and food should be just as equal. Now the guys that help the waiters they are the best ! Checked on us multiple times for bread silverware and napkins! Cook- both times tasted excellent. You do not get a whole lot of food for over $100 a plate is the only downfall! Lite eaters will love this place! Steak and Lamb cooked to perfection on exactly what we asked for. I am sorry to say not my favorite steak house!
A steakhouse that does not have steak, after we order they came and say that their special dish is not available, I ask for other steak and to keep the sides that is wedge potatoes and they told me they cannot do it, fine but then they tell me I can have French fries what I don’t get, I get shoestring fries what is not the same thing they’re super dry and hard, when we tell the waitress we did not like and don’t want it she does not about it we didn’t eat and was still charged.
We are locals and LOVE going to Charlie Palmer at GSR, whether it is locals Happy Hour night or not. We like to sit at the bar and split a couple of appetizers and have a cocktail, then a glass of nice wine. We like to go when Bianca (Cupcake — she will know what we mean) is on duty as she remembers us whether it has been a week or two or a month since we have been in. She is so very personable, as is all the staff in CP. I tell all my local friends this is the place to go. And, I take clients from out of town to GSR to CPSH.
Posting as a local, so I love food and steakhouses are amazing especially Charlie's they don't disappoint that is for sure but it can get well costly but if you sign up for their emails they do what is called "The Cut of the Week" which I happen to run into while doing a little staycation at the GSR. A whole course with wine pairing for $65 Yes Please! Aside from everything being mmm delicious, it's the best bang for this buck also specific services/ restaurants and vendors do a %20 locals discount with your players card and ID. For those who didn't already know oh p.s. there was a Jalapeno corn bread in the bread basket that was soooo yummy
Hannah was fantastic!!! Made our visit awesome. Attentive, kind and fun!!!
Waitress didn't bring any salt, pepper, and steak sauce until I was pretty much done eating. That's why I only tipped her $10.SMH! The steak and salmon tasted bland but ok. Black Angus steak is much better, in my opinion.
