We had reservations, our table was not ready when we arrived, even though the restaurant was practically empty. The menu online is not the menu there. Not a restaurant for children as stated either. Two out of our 5 orders were wrong and the waiter never name back once we got it sorted out to offer us another drink or water even, so we had nothing to drink with our meal. We spoke to the manager and he blamed Covid....that was 3 years ago, nothing to do with today's poor service. Very disappointing experience.

Service was non existent, food was mediocre and atmosphere was hotel empty vibe. Go somewhere else

Unbelievable, overlooking times square while eating breakfast, top notch experience.

Best coffee in NYC. The place is beautiful and comfy for the daily stop, but definitely the best grab to go coffee. Since we discovered it, we went everyday for our morning coffee.
