Charley's Steak House

We came last night for my husband's birthday. We were greeted with smiles, humor and absolute professionalism. Our waiters were on point, friendly, and very professional as well. We stayed later than expected, I think the restaurant closed around us, but in no way did anyone rush us or ask us to leave. They allowed us to laugh, have a great time and literally laugh with us. It made our night with our friends and family absolutely incredible. We truly & sincerely thank you and apologize for keeping anyone later than expected, but allowing us to have an amazing time, without tracking the time there!

We’ve traveled a lot and by far this has been the best steak we have had at a restaurant. My lady makes a great Tomahawk but I had to tell her the truth this was better. (She agreed so im not in the dog house lol.) We had a long day walking and site seeing. After passing many restaurants I suggested we go in since it said steak house. Thinking it was just like any other place. I noticed a valet in the front and thought thats odd then I seen a plaque with their rating from other famous steak houses (CapitalGrill been there Seattle). I was like ok But as soon as i walked in I became self conscious I was damn I’m under dressed! Shorts and sneakers Jon Pardi shirt from a recent concert. No reservations but they sat us down. Place is Trefancy’. We had Kansas rib steak (22oz)med-well, Garlic mash potatoes, Garden’s salads Two drinks and Vino with our steak. Omg I had an emotional steak melt down. I almost cried how good the food was! I want to give props to Chad our waiter , Shannon who stoped by and talked to us and suggested to give some recognition to the cook’s grilling yes they are the heart of the restaurant and also it was nice chatting with Theresa Blanco for checking on us even tho looked out of place. We will be back. Bottom line, if your a foodie come to Charley’s.

Luigi was amazing!!! Great food, better service

Exquisite food! My friend and I did get dirty spoons but they fixed it quickly! Vegetarian options: They have two or three options. One is vegetarian filet

Sat outside and had a phenomenal meal. Luigi was an AMAZING server, so energetic, great suggestions. Had the bison with truffle butter. Amazing. Luigi made the night. Highly recommend.

All the food was delicious but by far angel made the experience exceptional. He is a true master of his craft an absolute professional

The steaks were awesome! The service was great and the outside seating was perfect!

Our server Luigi gave us an education on beef and was attentive and personable. I highly recommend and can’t wait to try Vito’s next.
