This is....a bad sandwich.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. We ordered from the Charles website directly. We ordered 1 hour and 5 minutes before their listed closing time. The order was accepted and 2 hours later we had not received our food. We called and called and no answer. Well there was an answer but it was more like an answering service retrieval message. The order was eventually cancelled by DoorDash. The charge for the order $43 was pending so we suspected it would eventually fall off. No such luck the charge went through the very next day. Again we called and ran into the same phone answering service. Finally we called the Denver Premium Outlets main number and they connected us with the store directly. The manager said he could do nothing about it, as the info was closed every day and he could not see the order. Interesting in this day and age of technology that he could not find a way to look. I bet however if he chose to look back, with the order number and the exact amount of the transaction he would see if in their credit card tally for the day. I then talked to the owner who did say she was sorry but the fact of the matter is they have my money, we had no food and they said you need to wait 5 - 7 days to see what happens. Seems a bit ridiculous to me. Poorly run business, poor customer service. We will not go back and we will share this with as many people as we can.

Hands down the BEST Steak-n-Cheese!!! I ordered mine with extra provolone BUT I shouldn't of because they are very generous. I love it simple with lettuce tomatoes grilled onions & banana peppers!
Busy area for Black Friday. Steaks still pretty good. Seemed a little salty though.
Food is pretty good. It's in a food court so the atmosphere is so so.
Unfortunately stomach troubles after eating there.
