Charleys Cheesesteaks

So my brother ordered us food from the food court and instead of serving him with a tray for all his food he ended up dropping one of his Philly cheesesteak in front of the cashiers. You would’ve thought they would make him another but they told him to leave it and didn’t give him a new one. The manager Maria was very rude about it and said nobody else had a problem carrying their food so it was his fault. Terrible customer service at this place.

Came here 3 times because me and my boyfriend love the bacon and cheese fries and strawberry lemonade. We think the customer service can be improved. This place needs more customer service training for their employees as they do not treat customers well. The employees seem indifferent and unapproachable. The Philly steaks are cold and do not even compare to Roseville Galleria’s Charley’s Cheesesteaks. They did not even call our order. There were 2 instances that we resort to ordering on the kiosk because they do not even greet and stay in the front to assist with ordering. We ordered for a large drink but the employees did not even let us know that there are no more large cups. We were provided with the small sized lemonade. We decided to let it go but with how poor the communication is with the employees. It is better off if you go to the Charley’s Cheesesteaks in Roseville.

Evertime I come here the staff is rude and the food portions get smaller and prices get higher! I’ve spoken to management about it and nothing gets done.

I bought the “everday special” menu, the chicken was good, but one side of the fries was raw while the other side was burnt and the employees were very indifferent. I think you could be a little more friendly.

These cheese and bacon fries were awful. They use nacho cheese from a can and the bacon was gross. Would not order this again. Their bread was also urgh...not a good experience this time around.

Been going there for years. The last few times, tho, it's customer service isn't what it used to be. There's only 2 employees when there was 3(which is needed). The 2 who are there are working very hard but, as I said, 2 isn't enough. You wait too long to order because the other 2 are cooking/putting the sandwiches together. The man behind me in line today left before ordering.

SOME DISHES YOU CAN TELL THAT IT WAS PREPARED FROM THE HEART WITH PASSION AND LOVE; SADLY THIS WAS NOT IT. ITS THE CHEESE THAT DETROYS THE SANDWHICH. THE CHEESE IS OVERPOWERING. MORE CHEESE DOES NOT MAKE A SANDWHICH BETTER. I ORDERED THE ORIGINAL CHEESESTEAK WITH CHEESE FRIES, IT WAS HORRIBLE. TASTE IT FOR YOURSELF " WHATEVER CHEESE YOUR USING ITS NOT PAIRING WELL AT ALL, SERIOUSLY..... ITS WAYYYYY TOO SALTY.

Came to get a sandwich and only the cook in the front cooking and taking orders while the other employee was in the back doing who knows what. My veggies was not even grilled all the way like they were suppose too and then they got an attitude with me cause I asked for fresh fries. Worse customer service don't think I will return.
