It’s mall food so you can’t expect much. But they completely forgot about my order and gave me cold fries. They didn’t say sorry, didn’t offer anything for waiting over 20min. Won’t ever go back again.
The subs are good but none of the wetbacks speak English.

These guys are legit. This is the only option for mall food. Always fresh bread, always freshly grilled, fresh Veges, and made quick. All these 1 star reviews apparently hate their lives. Charley's customer 4 life here.
Ordered online for curbside, checked in and no one showed up. I called to ask about my food, no one answered and their voice message box was full. I went inside and they were closed (lights off and no one around). This was obviously within business hours too, very frustrating. Now I have to dispute the charge.
It's a charleys in a mall I don't know what else you'd be expecting.
I was horrified when I only want to grab two large sandwich then the cashier was looking for the receipt after I told them I purchased two large sandwich, she asked me “where is the receipt” she didn’t give me any receipt, I logged into my account right away and showed her that i paid for it already and it’s deducted from my account. She still insisted where is my receipt. Then I asked for someone’s help who speaks Spanish to translate what I want her to understand, and she still keep saying where is my receipt. This is beyond rude and such embarrassment for me. Please kindly hire employees who can at least understand universal language. I can’t believe how your employees treated me today. It is really embarrassing and I’m literally almost cry.
