Charleys Cheesesteaks

Nasty area, poor attitude, no additional attempt at anything. Diving area full of trash without being busy. Watched the guy fill ketchup, drop packets, and just look at it. Fries cold right off. Somehow mixed up basic order.

As of 2024, it is across from gate C13. You're welcome.

Food was solid. The young lady handing out the sandwiches and calling numbers for the orders SHOULD NOT be dealing with the public at all. Very rude!

Was in line to eat there, but they were apparently not wanting much business. The seating area was closed and there was little interest in helping people quickly, so I left.

Clearly , the health department doesn't visit this location! Looking around while waiting for my sandwich I saw that EVERYTHING is filthy. From the walls, floors, switches, tables & chairs. Couldn't see their prep counter. Customer side though will turn your stomach. Sandwich was sad. Very small potion of meat. There must be better options then this place. Gals behind the counter were pleasant but that is about the only positive

Let us stand in line for 30 minutes before telling us they could only take cash and exact change. Garbage service.

My sandwich and my sisters sandwich were made wrong and disgusting. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with no mushrooms, lettuce, or tomato and got two pieces a bread with burnt meat, barely any cheese, a single dot of mayo, and lettuce in it. My sandwich was so dry it was drying out my mouth and did not taste good. My sisters sandwich on the other hand was soggy. She ordered the Philly cheesesteak with no mushrooms, lettuce, or tomato and to substitute the provolone with American. It was made wrong and the meat was burnt, the cheese was the wrong type, it had lettuce on it and she says it was dry inside and soggy on the outside. They also were out of all gourmet fries and this is not the first time it was like this. This is the worst experience I have had at a Charley’s and would not think of going back next time I’m in Georgia.

I ordered a veggie delight sandwich and they gave me a sandwich with no veggies. Then placed the veggies in foil and told me to put them on the bread myself. Who would expect you to assemble your own sandwich in the airport?! The cook with the dreads and a bald spot is exceptionally rude and incompetent.

Food & service were good! The dining area is a bit limited with tables/chairs. If you need a fork, you need to request.
