Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Charley needs to go to Philly and try a real cheesesteak. The cheese (?) and the meat were very low quality. The chicken may be better but I doubt I'll return.

Terrible. Everything is bad here. Nothing nice too add .

The worst one there is. Not one person understands what you are ordering and you always end up with things that are not what you wanted. Staff is slow and could not care about the customer in the least bit. Go over to the outlets, much better all around

Watch out with this restaurant! The guy with the fuzzy hair at the front watches to see if you give them a tip or not. If you don't, he pretends that the computer shut off as to get an extra charge on your card as they're requesting to have the charge done again when their computer comes back on. I showed them on my bank account that it had already processed and that they have no reason to be trying to charge me again. I'm on to you buddy! Food was subpar.

I walked up and asked for a water cup (the vending machine was sold out of water bottles and the drinking fountain was barely a trickle), the young man at the register handed me a used, dirty plastic cup. I asked if I could please have a clean one, a woman walked out from the back and said that if I wanted to clean cup I would have to buy a soda. I just wanted a drink of water to take a pill and because it was 100 degrees. I don't expect much professionalism from the staff but they set my expectations even lower. If you don't want to let anyone drink your precious water, fine, but don't hand out filthy cups.
