We have been going to Charleston's for many years and have always enjoyed it. The food is always very good as is their service. I did experience something this time which seemed odd. Our reservation was for 5 PM and we arrived early at 4:40. The restaurant was not busy and people we being seated, however rather than seating us they asked us to wait until exactly 5 PM. No clear explanation for having us wait was given. I won't stop going there but I don't think I'll arrive early again.

I've become a regular here. Every meal is wonderful. Even their iced tea is the best! Any excuse to eat here is fine by me.

The manager on duty (Shelby) was extremely easy to work with and she was able to accommodate my large family of 40 with little notice. I am extremely grateful for Charleston’s Restaurant!

Tldr: great service, clean restaurant, delicious cocktails, super tasty food Alright so this place is so surprising. I am not even remotely a chain restaurant person, but my wife and I were beat after a long day and just wanted some home cooked style traditional dinner so we opted for charlestons because it was close by and open. What a delightful and pleasant surprise. The service was wonderful and the entirety of the staff were so friendly. The cocktails were refreshing and tasty; we started with the dynamite shrimp which was great, and for the meal she got the meatloaf which was very flavorful and moist, I got baked potato soup and ceasar salad which were both top notch. And ended it all with a slice of some of the tastiest carrot cake I've had. Truly a hidden gem, thanks for the service and we will absolutely be back.
