We used to go to Craft Republic, now called Champps. They have a new menu, and I used to love the Voodoo Burger, so I thought I'd give the South of the border burger a try. I will start by saying, the waffle fries are nothing to write home about, sort of salty and rubbery. But the burger itself, I was quite fond of. Nice size, good bun, it didn't get soggy. The meat was quality, seasoned nicely. The pepper jack cheese, queso, big sliced jalapenos, tortilla strips, tomato, lettuce and guacamole were the perfect combination. This was a near perfect burger for me. Now, on to the staff. I recommend taking your order to go. They are severely rude and unfriendly, very unprofessional. The sad thing is, the place has a lot of potential to be fun. Good atmosphere, t.v.s for sports, great patio, but the staff ruin it every time. I will come back because the burger is worth it, but my advice, hire a whole new staff and give them customer service training.

I loved this restaurant when it was Fox and Hound and then Craft Republic, but when we went after it changed to Champps it was a completely different menu (not in a good way) the food was meh and for the price not worth it. They also do live music on Fridays that no matter where you are your eardrums will feel like they are going to explode, and if you get seated near the live music it will be a struggle to get moved. Our server was fantastic but the food alone made it where we will not return.

They changed the name of the place and menu, the food is delivered cold and has a bad taste. They should have left the previous menu, that was good food.

Sad replacement of Craft Republic. Took away best menu items. Brisket Nachos used to be now only options are (dry chicken) and chili which I didn't try, chips were burned and hardly any queso sauce which just made it all even dryer. All kids tenders looked a lil over cooked as well. Spin dip was decent. Very unfortunate this was a family fave. Might give 1 more chance, maybe it's just growing pains.

Thought my wife and I along with another couple would try a new place. The outside said "New name same great food". What a joke.! We went on a Thursday night and the place was empty with a dozen or so patrons. A server sat us down at a table and after watching the manager or bartender talk to some friends at the next table for 10 to 15 minutes, he finally came over and took our order. One item we ordered was some potato shins, smallest potatoes I've have ever served. Not worth the money, flavorless, very little cheese 2 or three pieces of bacon... nuff said. I ordered a cheeseburger rare and my wife ordered the chicken strips. The cooks must have thought we were God's my cheeseburger was carbon over easy and my wife's chicken was just shy of a burnt offering. The waffle frys where overcooked..."crunchy" our friends dinners where also sub-par and did not finish their meals. Not once did anyone come by and ask if anything was OK. There where other servers walking around but not busy. Aftet waiting another 20 minutes after trying to finish what we could eat I was able to flag down our waiter and asked for our check. At that time I made mention of my wife's food, he did offer to get a new order but that was too late. They did take it off our tab. So in general, you get only one first impression in life and this was not a good one. Unless they fix their kitcken, staff, customer-oriented service, we wont be going back soon.

Every single server looks like they were forced to come to work today and are absolutely miserable. Not a single smile or “you’re welcome” just straight rudeness. Food is cold and disappointing. The place isn’t busy at all and we had to ask for extra sauce FOUR times before the server finally got it, so the already cold mozzarella sticks were like ice at that point. If you change the name of a business in hopes for it to be better you should also make sure the staff and food goes along with it. In a group of 11 people everyone said that they’ve never had such TERRIBLE service before.
