Chaeban Ice Cream

I have ordered ice cream from here before on Uber eats , it was all good . I ordered one from them yesterday and it’s freezer burnt , please check on your ice cream before you sell it out . It even shows from the outside of the jar that its freezer burnt. You don’t even have to open it to know, thank you. Update : I have to commend Chaeban for their good customer service. It was so nice of them to offer to make it up to me for the inconvenience which they actually did. It is one of the reasons why I won’t stop getting ice cream from them. Thank you so much!

Delicious and creative ice cream flavours. Their title as best ice cream in Canada is very well deserved. I’ve been a customer since 2018 and love how their quality and variety has improved, including their assortment of cheeses. Strongly recommend the special hot chocolate and the ice cream flight. Best flavours: Abir al Sham and Salty Carl (however, all of them are delicious!)

Love their vegan choices, love that I can return an empty jar for a dollar off, the service is always friendly and since I pop in and out, I don’t stay long enough to fully absorb the atmosphere, but in a place that serves food, I’ve never seen a mess or subpar hygiene. Always clean.
