Having a great amount of experience about Latin food, it was very bland and under seasoned! My carne asada was very hard, dry, and under seasoned!! My husbands fish was undercooked! Not a fan!
I had lunch combo of wild mushroom taco(very oily) and green salad. You can’t tell from this photo but salad green and tomatoes were wilted and almost rotten to the point of being inedible. Rice was from last night and hardened and dried partially, bean was alright. Nice establishment but too bad the food quality is neglected.
Fresh, delicious, fare . . . Whether you have appetizers, tacos, or a main entree, you can be sure the food will be prepared fresh and flavorful. . . . Great drinks, too!
First time to Cha Cha’s in Irvine. Our server was super sweet and gave some excellent recommendations. Food was really good - my husband had the carne asada and I had the 3 tacos. Our server told the manager it was our first time to the restaurant and they gave us a complimentary flan which was amazing (the gesture and the dessert). Definitely coming back to Cha Cha’s!
Great place for date night!
The service provided by two of the leads/ assistant managers was HORRIBLE!!!! They made our experience horrible and uncomfortable to the point where members from our party left. Both of them being white and giving us the dirty looks for the hour and half they kept circulating our table. Mining us consuming from the menu. This is SHADY, and very UNPROFESSIONAL from their MANAGEMENT sucks. If Diane isn’t happy on what she does, then she shouldn’t be in the customer service industry.
Ordered the Seafood Caldo. Came loaded with fish, squid, shrimp and clams and bit of angel hair pasta on the bottom. Broth was well seasoned with herbs and just the right amount of spice. Will definitely try again later on bottomless mimosas Sunday.
