Initially ordered a $6 matcha latte and i was very disappointed with the taste. Tasted more like milk than matcha. Went to ask the worker if they can add more matcha to my drink and they stated it would be an additional $2 to do so… I then asked if i can get my drink replaced to a matcha lemonade only to find out they added water to my drink? so really it only tasted like water. Would not recommend anyone to get matcha here, a big disappointment & disgrace to matcha connoisseurs.
Great place for photos and vibes BUT even GREATER place for MATCHA LOVERS!
Love places that play sad depressing music while I drink my matcha. Purple drink was fire.
treated myself last Friday on payday and it was worth the expense, so much more worth it to pay a bit more for a good quality matcha here that is smooth and well blended. The place is adorable but seems like it could use a quick refresh
Maggie and the team are bomb. They are hospitable and know what they are doing. Location wise, good spot- near the train, near the shopping area, and on the way uptown. Also one of the only 3 stores in ny- nomad/ bryant park that only carry soft serve matcha ice cream. 5 stars for me.
I ordered “Kosas Latte” probably a limited-time item, many components on its so I expected pretty much from $10 drink which is no price tag on it. But what I got is the cup with missing the cream on top without any notice before order. I have to ask for it when they handed to me then they said cream was ran out. I expect to be told before I placed order so I’d go for something else. Overall, taste is not bad but service is just not impressive.
Great cha , the coffee ☕️ it’s not good
