It was so exciting to see this place again after 2 years. The anticipation of reliving past memories and creating new ones filled me with excitement. However, what awaited me was not the warm welcome I had hoped for, rather a chilling encounter with the door person and his deplorable attitude. Upon walking in, I ask them "Hi! What all do you need from us?" only to be met with disdain as the door person rolled his eyes and begrudgingly gestured for whatever he deemed necessary. Undeterred, I proceeded inside, determined to enjoy the evening ahead. When walking out, I held the door for my friend, to which the door person 'Shoo'ed' me to close it. Feeling a sense of obligation to address his unprofessional behavior, I voiced my concerns about his attitude, only to be met with a barrage of obscenities and disrespect. 'F''k off, bit'h" Perhaps it would be more suitable for them to seek alternative employment opportunities away from public interaction. It was evident that their focus was not on providing a welcoming atmosphere but rather on indulging in personal distractions, such as the ink pen they were nonchalantly coloring with. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend visiting until management addresses the issue at hand. A formal statement indicating the dismissal of the door person or an assurance of improved customer service standards would be necessary to restore confidence in the establishment. Until then, potential patrons beware of encountering such UNWELCOMING and disrespectful behavior.

(SCAMMED)Came here from Vancouver the vibes were awesome right away. Great music and nice staff. The bartender then asked us to leave a card with him to keep a tab open, seemed pretty normal! We paid cash at the end then the next day checked bank statements to find he charged our card as well as pocketing our cash! Super disappointing and lame. Tall white guy with dark hair. Be careful going here if you’re not a local!!!!

worst bar service ever. the person with the pink hair is so mean and rude. the door guy who is African American is extremely rude. it seems like they like to be little people who come in. very much not the safe space they claim to be
