Nice rooms and good vibe, not a fan of the system to play songs. Relies on your own cell phone and YouTube. Good atmosphere though

We had such a blast celebrating my boyfriend's 30th birthday! We were a group of 25 people and rented the VIP room and everything was perfect. From the moment I contacted Amy to make the reservation she replied quickly and made sure to answer all my questions and made the process really easy. She's a very sweet person and did everything to make sure we had a good time. The whole staff was also really lovely. We will 100% come back. Thank you again Amy xx

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER: THE EMPLOYEE WHOM WE SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE TO HAVE A RESERVATION WAS VERY IMPOLITE AND RUDE. GOOGLE DIDN'T LET ME TO GIVE ZERO STAR

You pay for just a tv that you cast youtube to. Drinks are overpriced with a minimum spend. They are very not upfront with costs. Equipment is low quality and feel like its breaking in your hand. Owner keeps interrupting you every 10 minutes.

The hostess was rude, and extremely passive agressive, the place smelt like cigarettes, the bathroom had no toilet paper, with the floors all wet. The hostess was not fully upfront with the price on the phone, they make it sound very complicated so that you end up spending hundreds of dollars in the end. Because it felt scammy, we kept trying to get the price clear before we started signing, and she only got ruder (good thing we did because reading the reviews, some people definitely got scammed worse). Also, the fact that tipping for bare minimum service was mandatory. Talking about drinks being MANDATORY, even tho none of us wanted to at first, in the beginning saying that the price/ hour was $47 but then saying we have to pay at least $300. We all walked out of there by the end feeling like they definitely scammed us. We made our own fun tho in the room, so we left happy.

If you came here and you felt like you were scammed, you probably were. I came here on my birthday last month and to be honest we had a lot of fun. The issue was , we paid a deposit of 200$ and we had 2 bottles of alcohol that came with that. If we wanted other stuff we could top it the bill to 480$ and they would let us know. Turns out they never came and told us we tapped the limit. At first the bill was written on paper not even printed, we had to ask that the bill be printed. Our bill ends up being around 587$ plus tip so 711$ PLUS the 200$ deposit. We ended paying 911$ for two bottles of alcohol and maybe a little less than 4h of karaoke. The cherry on the sunday is I forgot a birthday gift , and it had magically disappeared from their establishment. The gift was a bottle of alcohol (unopened of course , I am respectful of rules) and a Sephora gift card in a birthday bag. I don’t believe that it can magically disappear especially when staff went to clean the room right after we left. They offered us to look up the cameras but it is only one camera pointing the exit , but it’s very easy to bring a birthday bag (remind you that it was heavy because of a brand new never opened bottle was in it) in a personal bag quickly after cleaning the room. I can say the hostess is really nice , but they definitely scam you with a smile. We did have a lot of fun , but be aware of your bill and pay everything in advance because they won’t come like they say they are going to.
