10/10 Visiting from Vancouver and OH MY GOODNESS The best food I’ve had in A WHILE!!! My recommendation: - gem salad Is so fresh, perfectly seasoned, amazing texture and so delicious it was the perfect appetizer!!! - tar tar was AMAZING. I recommend mixing it in the sauce before putting it onto the bread that is still warm when they bring it out to you, which is so good. The sauce is a little bit tangy and has a bit of spice, which is perfect and really brings out the taste of the tartar. - spicy Pomodoro pasta was so delicious. The sauce, pasta, and ricotta ratio was perfect. - sweetcorn agnolotti was also so delicious, it was sweet but not too sweet and it kind of pops in your mouth when you eat it and it was very tasty. - banana pudding tiramisu IS SOOOO DELICIOUS The perfect texture, temperature and consistency And it looks amazing as well. I wanted to get another one but honestly I had to refrain myself from getting two of everything. Highly recommend the food and dessert. Got the drinks too and it was good but didn’t stand out as much as everything else.

I haven’t been able to stop thinking about the carbonara at LEAST once a day since I ate here. Spicy, creamy, flavorful, delicious. Katie was our server and she was so friendly and helpful. The setting is a bit odd because the floor is gravel/sand, but the food is so good that I simply didn’t care. Also, they don’t serve bread at all, which I thought was kind of strange, because bread would go so nicely with the delicious sauces on the pastas they serve. But overall, incredibly good! Definitely go here!

One of the best pasta restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. Had the Gem Caesar salad, Spicy Pomodoro, sweet corn agnolotti, and the banana pudding tiramisu. Everything was truly phenomenal.

This is a 5+++, as you would be hard-pressed to find a more creative, flavorful and truly life-changing pasta meal than at Cento. The Spicy Pomodoro Pasta may be the singularly most delicious pasta dish on earth. The lamb meatballs… to die for. The grilled octopus, OMG. Pasta will never be the same for you. The beet spaghetti? Just ask Luca… it becomes part of you. Highly recommended.

One of the LA's finest dining experiences. Would highly recommend it for any purpose - a work event, date, dinner with friends, really any occasion where you want to enjoy a great meal and impress someone. We made a reservation about a month in advance for a Saturday night, and while it was crowded, the staff was very attentive and service was prompt. The ambience/vibes are top notch. And of course, the food is among the best in all of LA. We had a group of 4 and shared the spicy pomodoro, carbonara, and two orders of the sweet corn agnolotti (my peronal favorite). From the dessert menu, we had the tiramisu and date cake - and while both were great, the date cake was simply outstanding.

All around amazing food and atmosphere! The pastas (spicy, truffle corn, beet) were delicious, could not stop eating them. Great to share with a table of friends. The salad, meatballs, and tartare were good fillers to get while we waited for our pastas. Can pass on the salad next time for something else though. Left with full satisfied stomachs and a great time.

This is a hidden Gem. The server was a walking smile,fully aware of the menu excellent suggestions. Every single item was freshly prepared. Would highly recommend. At the same time kinda don't want to become overly popular.
