Overrated and overpriced!

My wife and I visited from Chicago and had a great time. Server Zach and Captain Alex (I think!) were stellar. Knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Food was executed flawlessly. Timing of courses weren’t rushed. The Somm made a great recommendation in our preferred price range. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The food and drinks are amazing. Highly recommend the filet! Our server thoroughly explained each menu item and had some amazing suggestions. Such a cute place for drinks and/or dinner!

Horrible customer service experience. I made a reservation, and could not attend as my guest had an illness. I advised the restaurant that I would not be able to attend the reservation, due to the illness, and they cancelled the existing reservation. I asked the rep I spoke with, at the time of cancellation, if they would charge for the cancellation and the rep assured me they would not. Three days later the restaurant charged my credit card. I called the restaurant, to dispute the charge, as I never attended, and a representative advised they would have someone reach back out to me. No one ever called me or reached back out. I called the restaurant back, and was left on hold for 10 minutes. When someone answered they refused to refund the amount, even though I was previously told that this would be taken care of. Absolutely horrible customer service from cento and a disappointing outcome for a restaurant I have not been able to attend.

I was skeptical due to the prices but it really is amazing. Everything about the meal and atmosphere was beautiful. The servers were absolutely top notch. It really did feel like a comfortable Italian home.

Another underwhelming, overpriced CM restaurant

I believe this is the first time I leave a 5 star review! Went to Cento with my husband for our wedding anniversary, the experience was amazing. The service was great, Maggie and Katelyn were extremely attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The good was heavenly. The place was a great atmosphere. Simply one of the best restaurants we have gone to.

Service and food were outstanding. Our servers Riley and Alex were incredible!

My fiancé and I celebrated our engagement here. It may have been the best Italian food I’ve ever had. To cap it all off, the service was A+.
