Amazing food and ambience!
Was amazing ! Definitely recommend for sit down Italian dinner. Tasted like a homemade Italian meal
I asked if they could make a dish for me that wasn't on the menu and it was no problem. The space was super cute and it was a much needed place to rest from the rain and walking.
No wait, plenty of tables. Server acted indifferent we were there. Sat forever before drinks came. We ordered 4 entrees. At this point we've been there about 20 min, plenty of open tables and the server couldn't be bothered with us. I offered to order bread. He said it's coming. But what came was what looked like a hoagie roll in a paper plate. Honestly, this was so disappointing. My "margarita" pizza was just cheese! No tomato. No basil. Chicken in the pasta was undercooked. Pushed to the side. But we were charged extra to add it. We wanted to say something but the next time we saw our server was when he was ready to hand us the bill. No second glasses of wine. No desserts. I won't be back. It was not worth my energy. Way too many Italian places in the burro to worry about this one.
Cozy little NYC Italian joint. Good atmosphere, clean dining area. Food was nothing to crow about. Not great, but not bad--although the flatbread pizzas were rather disappointing. Sat at the bar, and Maria the bartender was awesome! Attentive, charming, good conversation, would go back just to chat again!
Service was good, food was also good, but not great.
The food was the biggest waste of $ The lasagna was a blob on the plate, if was not told it was "lasagna " would not have recognized, Alfredo dry and noodles rubbery. All in all $186 worth of waste of $
