Service is very slow and staff is unfriendly and the Pensacola FL location. There is zero hustle or sense of urgency when customers are waiting. They barely speak to customers waiting for online orders and ask what you are waiting for and respond to you in barely audible tones. Def done visiting this location which is sad because the food is pretty decent.

as someone who struggles with celiac disease, it is very hard for me to eat out. I eat here multiple days a week and I have never had a problem. Cindy and Liah especially are very careful with cross contamination. Cindy instructed a BOH member to make safe chicken and cut it separately, and he abided by cutting it on a seperate cutting board and everything. Whether you have celiac disease or not, this location is great and very attentive.

Do not order online they always do it incorrectly or have missing items. I’ve ordered three times now and they never get it right.

Cava is a normal lunch spot for me! The food is so fresh & delicious. Tables and bathroom is always clean!! Today was clearly the busiest I’ve seen it with over 15 people in line. There were currently only two employees up front and Chris was so patient and helpful. He took the time to reload the veggies and onions so I could have the items I wanted. He had a calming presence and a smile on his face! Wonderful young employee!! They are hard to find now of days.

The food was amazing! Absolutely loved everything I got. The workers looked annoyed at having to actually do their jobs and were snobby and rude but the food was amazing. Vegetarian options: It's a salad place they have hummus and other yummy protien packed goodies Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options like Lettuce as a base and many veggie options

I had the pleasure of meeting Q during my visit to Cava, and I have to say, their customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience since it was my first time coming in. Even though they couldn't accept tips, he kindly suggested leaving a review instead. This hospitality and attention to customer satisfaction is what makes me want to return to this amazing restaurant. Thank you, Q, for your outstanding service !
