CAVA

Just came back from this place. Place seemed off despite not being busy. Bunch of staff congregating in the front and not serving customers. One worker in particular (young Latina with glasses) was pretty hostile and had to be prompted several times to attend to me in which she turned around after each interaction to pretend I wasn’t there. Left 2 stars instead of one. For the nice gentlemen ( tall African American) who tended to me and apologized on their behalf. Safe to say I won’t be stopping here like I used to !

음식은 맛있으나 직원들 표정은 어둡고 친절하지 않았다. 매장 쓰레기통의 쓰레기는 넘쳐있어 지저분했다. 포크와 냅킨이 전혀 없어서, 직원에게 부탁했는데,시간도 오래걸리고 미안하단 말도 없이 지친 표정으로 리필하고 가버렸다. Cava가 더 성장하기 위해서는 직원들 친절 교육과 깨끗한 매장에 더 신경써야한다. 음식 5개를 시켰는데 다음에 또 가고 싶지가 않다

Food was good. Options for a pita, bowl, or make your own. The establishment needs to do something about the gnats. Too many flying around in the dining area.

very fresh food, perfect post workout meal. The manager Isameil was VERY nice and helpful. I’d definitely return to this location.

No sense of urgency to complete my order that’s already 30 mins late from promised time. The people on the digital order line are goofing around and moving slow. Little to no direction on how to get order. We asked TWO team members to check for when our order would be ready and they both shrugged and said orders were 30 mins behind. Still waiting. Terrible experience. No one has apologized. I will never visit CAVA again at any location. I had the same issue in San Diego.

Service is insanely slow, and the workers are rude. The food is still solid but not as good as it used to be.

The food is exceptional, the location in Pasadena was out of falafel which is strange. Great value and so many choices. Lots of options for vegan, vegetarian and meat eaters. They also have smart rice. The harrisa humus is fantastic.

The worst. Only 2 people working...the line is out the door. 30 minutes just to place the order. No sense of urgency.
