This location is consistently out of items. Do not order delivery as every meal is missing ingredients and it is hard to get refunds. I recently received an order missing 83% of what I paid for and was offered a 50% discount. So generous of them only to take $22 away from me for my inconvenience of ordering with them. Food is usually good when available though!

Let me start by saying I come into this location ALL the time on my lunch break and have never had an issue, unfortunately today that wasn’t the case. I always order the same thing half lamb, half chicken and have grown accustomed to the portion size this Cava gives. The young lady they had working this evening gave an extremely small amount of braised lamb. I raised concern about it and the purple hair lady working added more lamb and proceeded to ring me up for a full size of lamb plus the half which brought my bowl to $22. As I was explaining to the “manger” my concern purple hair cut me off repeatedly. The only reason I’m reason I’m eating this location what I am is because Quil (another employer) stepped in, diffused, and corrected the situation. THANK YOU Quil for actually having some customer service skills

They really need better seating chairs are so hard to sit in. Bathroom not clean and drink machine never clean. Food was good though.

I came in today and had an amazing experience! Wanda and Vicky create a great environment for customers and the food was fresh. If you haven’t been to this location come here it won’t disappoint!

They took their time to help us understand the menu and have the best experience tonight!

The salad was awesome and Wanda was extremely friendly and professional!
