I go to this Cava for lunch every time I am in the office. It is so good and I have never had an issue with a wrong order. But if you order online/through the app it is ALWAYS 15-20 minutes later than the pick up time you are given. It is frustrating when you only have so much time to go pickup lunch and get back to work. I will continue to come here when I have the time to wait in line, but I am hoping management at this location sees that this is a problem and pushes back the pickup times online to reflect a reasonable turn around time for their staff. I don't mind putting in an order 30-45 minutes earlier, but it's unreasonable to offer pickup within 15 minutes when that isn't possible at this location.
I love cava but i got RAW (ROCK HARD) lentils that had fully dehydrated over the course of the day Maybe try another location
amazing job this morning to one of the managers there who i believe told me his name is Jose Amazing customer service and the first time experience this man have given me super friendly staff there Hands down the best Food ive tasted their grill cook she knows what she doing :)

Every time I order using the app, my order is prepared late, prepared wrong, or (very often) both. Every time I order in person, there seems to be one employee actually working while the rest of the staff wanders around the back of house. No other Cava location in the area so consistently disappoints.
