Today I ordered two Green and Grain bowls on Cava app for lunch. My delivery came via door dash to the hospital where I work. I was disappointed to see that my bowl was skimpy and a few of my toppings were left off so I called the store immediately. The manager Dee( or was it Vee?) answered the phone and didn’t hesitate to fix the issue. I wasn’t able to leave until after my 12hr shift but when I tell you I got to the store and my two bowls were replaced. Can I say top tier 10 outta 10. So fresh, the bowl was full, all topping and sauces in place… my heart was happy and me and my friend were very satisfied with our bowls. Thank you so much Cava Perimeter….

Everytime I come in the customer service is good and I don’t have to wait long. I recommend you come in and try it.

Dropped by and was unacknowledged, waited around for a few minutes, several staff members made eye contact and refused to greet or serve me. Walked out after about 5 minutes. I completely understand being busy (didn’t appear to be but could’ve been) but a simple “hello” or “one moment please” would’ve made all of the difference. Won’t be returning.

Honestly I’m incredibly disappointed in both the food and the service at this location. Visited the location today with a friend and the differences between our two bowls couldn’t be any different. Mine looks like a kids’ meal as I was barely given 2 scoops of rice and protein, respectively. Not to mention that the staff was incredibly rude, very short and was more focused on their “fun conversation” that they were having amongst themselves instead of serving customers. The pictures below are comparing the differences in our two bowls having a bite of either and I’m incredibly disappointed given the cost.

Honestly I have been to this location before and had not had the best experience but today has definitely changed my thoughts from negative to positive! Marcus was amazing and the staff was so kind, welcoming and seemed to truly enjoy their job; plus the food being amazing is the cherry on top.

This location is awful. It’s conveniently right by my house. I’ve given them a chance multiple times and they continue to disappoint. In the evenings, they are always out of food. If I order online, my order is wrong or missing stuff. I get it if you’re out (like usual) but then communicate. It’s just disappointing every time, and I’m not one to complain. But these bowls are like $13/pop. Won’t be going back. They need to hire a fresh new set of staff.

I came in and Marcus showed extremely great customer service. I. Will come back just for him.
