Great spot for a nice healthy meal. The chicken is mighty delicious. Fall off the bone and intensely juicy. It’s like rotisserie on steroids.
Really delicious hole in the wall spot serving up delicious Asian-spiced chicken dishes. We shared the whole chicken, chicken fried rice, and chicken wings. All delicious, well seasoned, and freshly cooked. They also provided us with gloves to eat our meal, which means you know it’s going to be a fun time.
We had their chicken fried rice and wings on the side, we’re definitely going back again!
Delicious. The chicken was so good I cant wait to go back.
Straight up the juiciest, most tender chicken I've had in my life. I've never seen chicken so tender that it just falls off the bone like this one did. I got the Dark Meat combo with scallion pancake as my included side and the portion was decent and reasonably priced. This was way beyond my expectations and I'll definitely be back!
The Cauldron Chicken offers a unique dining experience with its specialty chicken wings and Cantonese-style braised chicken served with plastic gloves. The chicken wings are a highlight, featuring a flavorful and crispy exterior with tender meat inside, making them a must-try for chicken lovers. The Cantonese-style braised chicken adds variety to the menu, with succulent meat that is rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. Eating with plastic gloves adds a fun and interactive element to the dining experience, making it a memorable outing with friends or family. The restaurant's ambiance is casual and welcoming, with attentive staff adding to the overall positive dining experience. However, the use of plastic gloves may not appeal to everyone, and the restaurant can get busy during peak hours, so reservations are recommended. Overall, The Cauldron Chicken offers delicious chicken dishes with a unique twist, making it a worthwhile dining destination for those looking for something different in their chicken dining experience.
the concept of this is great, the reality is a little disappointing…the chicken is tender, sure, but lacking in depth or complexity, tastes mostly of herbal five spice and isn’t much better than a home cooked soy sauce chicken. no bathroom in the restaurant though the service was quite attentive. eating with your hands isn’t that much of a novelty, ok? you can do this with any chicken anywhere if you want. the hyped reviews of this place really confuses me…very solidly mid
