Came around 1:40 in the afternoon, there wasn’t a wait and by that point several sides and variants of sausage were sold out. I ordered their Texas Trinity, received a rather small portion of ribs, crumbled brisket, and a girthy Hatch Chile and Cheese sausage. At the register I was automatically charged for their side, which I didn’t order. It was an awkward moment requesting to remove it. The ribs were juicy and smoky, but small. The brisket I received was all crumbly and I wish I could have received an actual slice. The sausage was really good, I enjoyed it more with their sauce.
Rude service, only hipsters go to this place. An hour wait for average bbq with a high price and bland bbq sauce. Go to Hard8 or smoke your own brisket. The Mac and cheese was just Velveeta brand Mac and cheese but $15 for quarter a cup worth.
Without a doubt the best BBQ in DFW!
Love when I can stop by and get a order.
Wagyu brisket? How can you go wrong? Man, that was some amazing Wagyu brisket, street corn, and Wagyu burnt end beans! The cornbread was good, too! Came at 11 on a Thursday and no wait. It was worth it! Parking: An empty lot next door!
Rode all the way out here just to find out they don't take cash. What a huge waste of my time.
