I paid 12 dollars for a vegetarian sandwich just for them to give me a bacon egg and cheese. 12 dollars for a sandwich is crazy as it is but for them to mess it up just made my day worse

Last year I went here often and I'm not gonna lie every single time they got my order wrong and their prices is outrageous...$7.50 For a bagel with cream cheese... bergen bagel is downtown Brooklyn where rent is sky high and their bagels are $5 much fuller Perfect crust outside soft inside... Because it's a bagel spot and it's the only bagel spot around is the only reason why that store is still running

DO NOT BUY HERE! SHADY STAFF: Get your bagels from anywhere else. On Jan 23rd, I came to this shop after ordering food on an app called TooGoodtoGo. It was going as usual until the counter person, a white woman with brown/red hair asks to see a number from the app. I'm thinking she means a generated code from the app(which it does produce) so I pull out my phone to show her. She suddenly snatches the phone from my hands, pressed buttons on my phone for 3-5 seconds and gave it back to me as if nothing happened. After she gave it back,I saw my phone was on my home screen and not within the app. It wasn't until after I left that I realized how egregious this was and the store was closed before I could come back. She could've done anything to my phone and now Im worried that my phone is hacked and insecure. I will be going to the store on jan 24th to speak to a manager and will delete/update this post after I get results. but in the mean time, please do not buy here. I really felt technologically vulnerable and its not worth the food they have to feel this way.

They have a 10 dollar minimum for cards which I find annoying at a bagel place. I had to find 3 dollars more of stuff to buy just to get my bagel and drink. Most places have moved on from this.

For few years it was one of our spots. But since some time things start to become worse and worse. There is some things that you still can buy but they so much overpriced that all positivity is gone after bill payed. Food quality is low, pastry not fresh, prices way high, place is dirty. The only thing to buy coffee and bagels but stuffed bagels cost like used car. Bagel with chicken salad with tomato and lettuce 12$. Bagel 1.5$, with cream cheese 2.5$ and with scallion and cream cheese 5$. 2.5$ for green onions? Seriously? I was coming here by inertia but today they put big spot for me on this place. Hot coffee the only thing will buy from here. I live pretty far and was coming specially for them but not any more. Luckily we have few other locations which are not discounted us.

No customer service, egg and cheese roll was tasteless, given the case that there is better options around will probably never come back.
