Potentially the saddest hotel restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was just bad - wings came fried to death and covered in pin feathers. The “bar” looked like a high school cafeteria and didn’t actually have any drinks on tap. The only redeeming thing about this place was a friendly waiter who did his best to make people feel at home. I hope he finds better employment.
Terrible customer service! We visited this place and were met with a complete lack of hospitality. To make matters worse, they added a gratuity charge without our consent, and when we tried to dispute it or remove an item from our order, they flat-out refused. We ended up spending over an hour trying to resolve the issue, which was both frustrating and time-consuming. Not a place I'd recommend to anyone.
The only place to get a full lunch with a drink for less than 13 dollars in the vicinity of Hudson Yards. Call ahead to order.
Cesar is the best barista and handsome
Friendly staff and veo good mixed drinks.
I hosted a meetup of about 20 people. Yuda, the event manager, and Ratul, the head bartender, were great to work with! They were able to accommodate my (many) requests. My guests were very happy with the food and drinks. It was really busy and Ratul and his staff was super helpful and didn't lose their cool, even though we were a big group! I'd definitely do another meetup there next year!
