Most bizarre experience here. Arrived for our 7:30pm reservation only to be told by the most obnoxious hostess that I had incorrectly booked the bar seating. Explaining I’m 7.5months pregnant and high stools are a little uncomfortable she just stared at me offering the empty heated patio. We asked if we could wait for the restaurant but absolutely not she was fully committed. This was all verified by the manager who at least had mildly better bedside manner. Anyway, we left. Went upstairs to a great bar and rebooked ourselves on open table for an 8pm in the main restaurant. BIZAAR!!! Why not offer this straight away vs. putting a pregnant woman through discomfort?!?

The service here was terrible, the hostesses were unnecessarily rude upon arrival and very stand-offish when we were polite and accommodating, also there is zero communication between bar and hostesses. Make sure your whole party is there upon arrival otherwise you will have to wait at the bar for them before being seated. We had two waiters, first one was great but left due to shift change, the second one barely checked on us and seemed confused with our orders. The food was ok, the atmosphere is nice but the restaurant is definitely a bit smaller than what is show in photos online. Overall I’m never coming back here given the service we got. Hire someone who doesn’t roll their eyes and can give the bare minimum in customer service. I understand they might not be dealing with the nicest customers at times but don’t take it out on those that are treating you with respect.

Overpriced ..The food was above average but the wait staff are more into themselves than the customers

The food is just average! Nothing really special! Service is terrible, the waiters are slow and are more into themselves. Looks good in the pictures but a terrible disappointment. Even for coat check, there’s only 1 person working there and there’s a line for it. Not recommended at all.

Eh. Very cute restaurant, but we had to wait 40 minutes past the time of our reservation, and once sat we were less than impressed by our server. She was cold, non interested and not at all attentive to our table throughout the meal. We had to ask for her multiple times. This place is too expensive to have service this bad.

I went to this place last night and didnt like it at all. I dont recommend it! First, this place looks completely different online, it is actually a small restaurant with no vibe. Second, the food quality was very poor. I got the filet mignon and I ate very little of it and felt sick immediately after, to the point where I had to go home. My friend had the rotisserie chicken which was not good either. The food also took a really long time to come. The burrata and the calamari were just ok, nothing special and super small portions! Very overpriced. Lastly, the service was terrible.
