Cassano's The Pizza King

A favorite pizza place for me!

Pizza is very good. Thin crispy crust and plenty of toppings. Got hooked on Cassanos when I lived in Dayton many years ago.

Went to dine in at Cassano’s Monroe location last night with my family. Was told it would be 20 minutes. An hour later we are asking about our food and were told “we’re making it now”!!! Asked for a refund, they refunded someone else order, not ours. Then said it would take up to 5 days for it to be refunded to our bank once they dropped the attitude and actually listened to us when we said it wasn’t our order. Worst experience ever!

my family drove all the way from hamilton to sit down and eat at this place. ordered 2 pizzas and told us it would be about 20 minutes as we were there during a rush. after sitting there for an hour we asked about how much longer and we were told THEY WERE JUST NOW PUTTING OUR PIZZAS IN THE OVEN!!!! granted, since we were there during a rush i could almost understand it, except we watched about 10 people walk in after we placed our order, place their order, pay and leave with their food. the “manager” gave us an attitude when we asked for a refund as we no longer wanted to eat here. then “voided” our order… BUT IT WASNT OUR ORDER BEING VOIDED!!!!!
