ATTENTION - THIS FACILITY WILL CHARGE A FEE FOR USING YOUR CREDIT CARD. I decided to try this place, again, after a very long time. The place looks cleaner, remodeled, better organized. I counted 8 employees working behind the counter on a Saturday morning. You would think the service was prompt, but no. Breakfast took much longer than needed. Fries were soggy, ham was the cheapest and worst kind. The prices on the menu on the wall are non existant, they are blank. You place your order without knowing what the cost will be. You are able to see the prices on your receipt AFTER YOU PAY. But...oh wait... No, you don't. If you pay by credit card they don't tell you you will be charged a surcharge. The receipt doesn't tell you EITHER. YOU FIND OUT HOW MUCH YOU PAID WHEN YOU LOOK AT YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. This place is a joke. It is a lack of respect to customers. Food is bad, service is inefficient although there were more employees working here than needed. And you don't know how much you spent until you call your credit card. ATENCION: ESTE LUGAR LE COBRARÁ POR USAR SU TARJETA DE CREDITO.

Soy cliente frecuente del lugar, iniciando porque no hay un orden especifico de donde se atiende, es incomprensible... Adicionalmente la linea de espera que se hace es por la falta de personal a ciertas horas. Es una falta de respeto y de seriedad no pienso volver a este lugar y jamas lo voy a recomendar. Ya esta es la tercera vez que me pasa. Ni se molesten en contestar, no soy el unico que opina lo mismo. Buen producto , el servicio al cliente y tiempo de respuesta es *ineficiente*

Very rude! Confrontational and angry when I was ordering. We didn’t really understand why since we had just walked into the store. They threw change at my husband and walked away. I am not exaggerating. Croquettes and potato balls tasted fine. I do not recommend visiting this place.

Terrible service, skipped multiple waiting customers, ignored questions, completely ignored regard for customers

Acabo de salir de este lugar . Muy bonito parece que lo remodelaron . La atención pésima . Las muchachas entre ellas hablaban mal . Limpiando con mala adtitud . y claro ,entra un cliente hacer un pedido y eso no les gusto . Wao que mal trato más feo . No pienso ir nunca mal ni recomendar este lugar . Que lastima que mal sabor de boca . Igualmente muchas Gracias
