They changed the recipe for the casa house salad. It’s not bad, it’s just not the same.
Really good sausage roll.
We have visited Casa on West Jefferson quite a few times over the years and some of the other locations as well during out tenure in Fort Wayne. The Casa restaurants are locally owned and operated and always a good choice for a good meal. My favorite is the Pasta Pasquale but the Penne con Salsiccia E Pepperoni is very good as well. We typically order a Casabouro salad as well as the dressing is very very good. On our latest visit we decided to eat gluten-free and ordered the Cauliflower Pizza and Pasta Pasquale with GF noodles. I have to say the Pasquale is MUCH better with the standard noodles if you can handle the gluten. The Cauliflower Picca was good but dry. I think I would order it with a base sauce like BBQ or their white base sauce next time. All of the Casa locations have a great selection of good food and you usually cannot go wrong with whatever you choose.
Our waitress Gia was great! She was running the bar and waiting tables, kept up with everyone!
The food and service is always topnotch. We've never been disappointed dinning at Casa's ! Kid-friendliness: We've brought our grandkids for special occasions, and Casa has always been very helpful in getting the little ones settled and something to eat even before we order.
I have eaten here for 10 years and I have never had a bad meal. The food is always cooked well and the staff is professional and attentive. The bathrooms also rate 5 stars.
Our food was amazing, the server (Morgan) was so knowledgeable, nice, and gave perfect recommendations, and we left full with a lot left over! The staff overall were great and very welcoming. I recommend the Pollo e Gamberetti with the side pasta!
