Marina la dueña, excelente anfitriona!.
I was told at the end of eating that they are only accepting cash and no cards due to their card reader being broken. I was then forced to use their ATM and getting charged an additional $3.50 fee and I couldn’t take out just $10 had to take out a $20+. I asked for a receipt to tally up what exactly I was charged for and how much but they “couldn’t” due to their card reader being down. They should’ve told us they only accept cash to begin with so we could have gone elsewhere and not wasted our time. The pastries tasted stale and old. Pretty shady and do not recommend, just go to Bodegon a few stores down instead.
After 9 years we went back to Casa Marina, what a great experience, they just reopen and rooms, lobby , look so nice, decoration is incredible they are still working in some areas but still is one of the most romantic places at Key west to stay , totally in love
Definitely would not order online from this place again, I made an order thru Door Dash and once the driver showed up the restaurant for no detailed reason just decided to cancel the order and waste all parties involved time. Definitely a poor way to conduct business and would surely recommend someone to steer away from this place
One of my favorite dining experiences, since I moved to Miami. I felt like I was eating in someone’s kitchen. Everything was homemade and felt like your favorite aunty was cooking you some of your favorite foods. Our server was so sweet and passionate. She gave us some recommendations and the ham and cheese tarte was so good and authentic. She even gave us a delicious bread pudding dessert on the house! I was overjoyed by her hospitality and warm beautiful energy. The food was amazing and the customer service is top tier. Definitely coming again
