The owners are very unprofessional and are ran by money, we planned my birthday party as a private event. And they let another party get into our private event, changing music and going as far as calling security on me because i told them to stop changing the music to whatever they want instead of the playlist as we agreed on, by the way we paid them . They ran all our guests away and did not care not only that they were taking advantage and overcharging for shots of tequila going as high as 15 per a shot of Jose Cuervo. Then a 20% mandatory service fee that they do not tell you about. Absolutely horrible experience the owner can barely speak English and its so arrogant. A 35 people private event was ruined. And now they will be going to court.

Pésima atención! Pésimo DJ mala disposición al cliente , no lo recomiendo como "bar" ! Especialmente para celebrar cumpleaños en el sitio . Nos cobraron 300$ por absolutamente nada simplemente "porque supuestamente iba a ser algo privado" cuando en realidad habían otras personas ajenas a nosotros celebrando otro cumpleaños a los que no les cobraron nada y más gente de afuera entonces estaba funcionando como un bar para todo público! Cuando se nos dijo algo distinto! aparte de eso nisiquiera pudieron poner la canción del happy birthday a la hora del pastel , pagamos para poder festejar hasta las 2 y a la 1 el q estaba poniendo música nos dijo q no podemos pedir más canciones porque nuestro tiempo se había terminado que tipo de servicio es ese ! Nos sentimos estafados literal . Bad attention! Terrible DJ, poor customer service, I do not recommend it as a "bar"! Especially to celebrate birthdays on site. They charged us $300 for absolutely nothing simply "because it was supposed to be something private" when in reality there were other people other than us celebrating another birthday who were not charged anything and other strangers , apart from that they couldn't even put the happy birthday song at cake time, we paid to be able to celebrate until 2 and at 12:40 the person who was playing music told us that we can't ask for more songs because our time was up, what kind of service is that! We literally feel cheated.

I visited this place by recommendation, the music was good, I ordered two drinks, which were served in small glasses, Don Q with pineapple and to my surprise they charged 28.73, I couldn't believe it was so much, they give me the receipt and it includes a service fee of 20%, for which they do not inform you, I did not know what it was and I gave him a cash tip. Then I asked for two more to check if I was wrong and the price was the same, I asked him what the service fee was and he told me that it was the obligatory tip. I never go back to a place like this where for ordering a drink at the bar they force you without telling you to pay 20% tips

Amazing food and staff!

Would not go here. Waste of money. Wasn’t inviting or enjoyable I don’t typically leave reviews but this was by far the worst Mexican restaurant I’ve been to. Menu is seems inviting, but doesn’t live to it’s expectations vegetables were not fully cooked I asked for queso got a grainy mozzarella cheese dip thing. Employee’s don’t know the menu or know how to answer the questions we ask. I don’t think they will survive. Need to work on customer service. Need help with food quality. Ocharly’s was a better place.

Good first experience

We had the place to ourselves. Excellent service from Luis and he even sang Happy Birthday in Spanish to my niece. Great spit for dinner with kids. Fast and fun!!
