We had a reservation, got in time but table wasn’t ready. At bar we wait about 10 min until someone ask if we want to drink something. Order dry martini and couldn’t taste Vermouth. Beef carpaccio was good. Carbonara was good. At least wasn’t with creamy. It was ok experience.
Nestled in Delray Beach offers a culinary journey reminiscent of the charming trattorias of Florence, Italy. From the moment we stepped in, we were enveloped in the warm ambiance and greeted with the tantalizing aroma of Italian spices. Every dish we sampled was a symphony of flavors, transporting us back to the cobblestone streets of Italy. The attention to detail in each recipe was evident, showcasing the chef's dedication to authenticity. Whether it was the creamy risotto, the perfectly al dente pasta, or the mouthwatering tiramisu, each bite was a celebration of Italian culinary tradition. The ingredients were fresh and the presentation impeccable. Our dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary, and we left feeling satiated and content. With each dish, we felt a connection to the rich culinary heritage of Italy. We wholeheartedly recommend to anyone craving an authentic taste of Italy in the heart of the US. We eagerly anticipate our next visit to savor more of their delectable offerings. Grazie mille for a memorable dining experience!
Awesome food, had the risotto porcini (highly recommend) and great service from Cecilia and the rest of the staff. Hostess was amazing, forgot her name though.
Best food in Florida everything is to die for from the service to food to atmosphere , the fish is the best I have had L’Aqua will never disappoint.
Special occasion my birthday it was absolutely phenomenal from the courteous & ever-so helpful wait staff to the presentation & OMG the excellent tastes of the foods we had! Recommend this true Italian food!!!!
Sat at the chefs table. Joe is an amazing chief and the food is incredible. Every dish looked better than the next. A must try! You won’t be disappointed.
Made reservations for 9:00, showed up 15 min before my reservation time. Hostess told me my table was being prepped and for me to wait. 5 groups were brought in along with 2 walk ins without reservations, one of them asking the hostess for the manager by name. I another hostess came out and I asked why my table was taking so long and she gave me a different explanation that my table had paid but was still sitting at the table and couldn’t explain why I couldn’t be put in another table. Food was not bad, drinks were well made
The first time we went there, Cecilia took care of us and she was fabulous. They brought out a big tray of fresh mushrooms and seafood, and she gave us extra bruschetta. When I asked for it the second time we went. We asked for Cecilia, but they wouldn’t give give her to us because she was handling the patio. The food was good, but it wasn’t nearly as nice and experience as with Cecilia.
We were seated at a table opposite a service room entrance with a direct view of the ladies room. The food quality was poor. The seafood in it tasted like it was very old. On top of this the restaurant refused to honor a gift of $150 even though I showed them documentation that they had accepted a $150 payment for the gift. Stay away from this place !
