Casa Jimenez Mexican Restaurant Bar and grill

We've passed this restaurant so many times & decided to try it today, around 3pm on a Saturday. This place is Huge on the inside, plenty of seating. The bar looks nice & is well stocked. The music was really loud! That's pretty much my only major complaint. The chips & salsa are good! I ordered the Margarita flight $35. It was a 1 time experience, as I would not order it again. The my favorite was the Pineapple. For dinner I ordered the 3 item combo: Chili Relleno, Cheese Enchilada & Carne asada Sope with all beans no rice. The Sope was SOOOoo good! As close to the ones I've had in Mexico as I've gotten in the past 36 years. The Chili Relleno was good for those that like green sauce (I'm not a big fan). The Enchilada, well it was good but they really need to add some half & half to their Enchilada sauce. That will really tone down the oil & blend the flavors together. Overall, we will be going back & next time I'll try the combo with the Tamale instead of the Enchilada.

Trash service, 1 tostada for 1 ceviche no limes, they charge for extra tostada, food sucks for 14 bucks

The Margarita Flight Drinks were great. You get a large amount of food for your money. Great atmosphere.

The service was great, the manager was even better. The food is amazing love the beans they have here very tasty. The bathrooms are a plus, they come with a changing table for babies which is so convenient to customers!!

Food is good but all TVs are on and extremely loud, very overstimulating dining experience. Felt very club like rather than a dining experience. Happy hour menu wasn't clear but it seems like it had drink specials and no food specials from what we gathered.
