Guadalajara has lost its previous charm. The food is mediocre and overpriced. They no longer offer happy hour hors d'oeuvres which was a huge draw.

Poor phone Service- The girl who answered the phone for a to-go order was multitasking and not paying attention to my order. Didnt know the menu, kept asking someone else advice. When I asked for a specific pick up time (we were driving on the road) - she said, "Well I have to submit the order now and when you get here it will be cold". Very unprofessional.

Visited Casa Guadalajara recently and was impressed by the authentic ambiance. The place has a great atmosphere. Tried the chimichanga and fajita, and both were delicious. Service was adequate, and prices were reasonable. For anyone looking for authentic tastes and a pleasant setting, this restaurant is recommended. The service could be more engaging, but the quality of the food makes up for it. Worth a visit.
