Not worth the money. The food quality alone 1/5.
Loved the congry, great food and fresh.
We were there for breakfast on a Monday Holiday, mid-morning and understandingly slow. The restaurant interior is not very large but, calm and relaxing. Our server was very friendly, accommodating and attentive. The menu was an issue and difficult to read, the sub-menu text is way too small. An updated menu will be helpful. Quality and quantity of breakfast items was good and satisfying. However, french fries and scrambled eggs is a poor match. Cuban toast was slightly buttery and did not appear to have been pressed flat on the grill. Overall, considering the minor things, it was a positive experience and we will visit again.
Really wanted this place to be good Cuban food since its very close to our home, but it was just ok. We likely will not return. The Pollo Empanizado was good but the rice was just so-so, the congri was very dry, the pork was mostly fat, the tostones were not tostones I dont know what they were, and the beans were old. The yuca frita was ok, crispy outside but they were to big around and very mushy inside, and the side of dipping sauce with it was cold and terrible (all butter flavor). They also served us some weird cold nacho chips with a horrible.processed cheese sauce over top. We didn't order this, our waitress just brought it out as an appetizer of some sort which we could have done without. Anyway, we were very disappointed. I did give feedback to our very soft spoken waitress...who we could barely hear the whole time...so they could try to improve. The prices are fair for the amount of food you get and the onbiance was good. However, we were the only ones in the restaurant at 9pm on a Saturday evening, that probably said it all before we even walked in the door but we still gave it a shot. We will go somewhere else next time.
