The foods great best ice cream but not a cool atmosphere

There is not much that differentiates one carvel from another product-wise. However, the awesome customer service and friendly staff is what makes this one shine. We have a peanut allergy in the family and have never had an issue either. They also do a phenomenal job decorating cakes. 10/10 would recommend :)
