Muy lindo y muy buen servicio

Only giving 2 stars because the staff were nice and helpful but the ice cream itself was awful. Tried samples of most of the flavors and they tasted so artificial and chemically. The fake colors are a give away of what to expect. You’d much rather go to baskin robbins because at least there it qualifies as basic ice cream. Being someone that has enjoyed the classic ice cream cake, I had much higher expectations.

A nice Carvel store and a welcome addition to College Point. Friendly staff, yummy soft serve and pretty cakes! :) Will definitely come back in the future for another cone

So excited there’s a carvel in college point!! The staff are super friendly and accommodating,the store is absolutely spotless and you can just tell the store is managed and worked with pride. The weekly specials are also awesome and there’s coupons as well in the ValPak monthly mailer. I highly recommend going here, College Point Carvel will definitely be here for a long time

Came here at 8pm on 8/24/2023. Rude female cashier. No response after i said thank you. No friendly customer service demeanor. I guess they just find anyone off the street these days.

Love this new location not only for how convenient but the staff really go far and beyond to help you. Shoht out to Demi, Esmaralda, and the young male gentleman ♥️ truly thank you for taking your time making my simple cake special ! Would come again!!!!!
