This store is very unprofessional very sloppy does not know how to give proper customer service. The owner just left his employee by them self while he went to the back to do I don’t know what while the kid looked overwhelmed. Will not be coming back here.

Not the best ice cream. Two of the ice creams were melted. The table wasn’t clean. One of the employees had a very unenthusiastic attitude. Probably won’t be coming back.

Nice staff, of course Carvel is the BEST ice cream!! Must try pumpkin cheesecake!

Seriously, if I could put zero stars I would. I love ice cream and especially carvel vanilla. The ice cream was not creamy, more like icy, small portions and the service was terrible. They put more of the topping on my daughter ice cream then ice cream. Carvel should be a staple go to for ice cream. Scratch this location off your GPS.
