Carve Prime Rib

Excellent service excellent food! Even though it's inside the casino the atmosphere was low key and quiet. Would go again.

My husband and I went here for our 10 year wedding anniversary... it's located inside Cannery Casino. It's a beautiful restaurant, beautiful sitting booths, nice bar right when you walk in, very nice staff as well.. The food was and drinks were excellent. Definitely recommend Carve. 100%

Delicious food take it don’t leave it

We had reservations and when we arrived, we were completely ignored for about 10 minutes, while they tried to figure out whether carryout was available. Finally got seated and was completely ignored again for another 10 minutes, while we watched them seat several other tables and served them water and bread, but still we got nothing. Finally server comes over and brings us water and we had to wait for another guy to bring the bread and butter. The waiter, never came back to see if we wanted more water or bread...smh. The food was decent. The atmosphere of the decor is nice, you don't have to dress up if you don't want to. However, was very disappointed with the overall service with this restaurant, especially since it was our first visit. Overall they get a 2 ⭐, don't think we will return.

Traditional prime rib meal prepared and served by pros. The way Vegas used to be.

Decided to try something new and so glad we did! Darryl gave us the best service we have had in a very long time! The prime rib was very good and more than enough to leave stuffed! Seated right away in a nice corner booth over looking the restaurant. We will be going back!

Best prime rib I’ve had!

I feel that the quality of the food can be a whole lot better than what I experienced. Having the braised short ribs I kinda expected some pork on the bone with some sort of BBQ sauce, instead I got what tasted like a $40 TV dinner. The potatoes were too buttery for the sauce and the 3 little pieces of beef were laughable. I will never go back the again especially when the service was so horrible I had to ask for more water. When the waiter asked me "how's everything" I explained my disappointment and he gave me an attitude and walked away. I won't be going back to this place ever again

Great service great food

Steak and prime rib to write home about. Been to some decent steakhouses on and off strip and this one is worth what you pay for. Service is timely and clearly trained and not just a friendly face. Criminally undersold spot that needs more rep.
