Slow internet and expensive coffee. Cell reception is also limited inside the building. Coffee itself was okay. I will not be returning.

This place is cool. Service was great. The ambiance is a little lacking and could use some more decoration to make it look cuter. We tried the seasonal matcha which was good 7/10. Americano was good 8/10. Didnt get to try the food.

Drop and latte were ok especially for the cost. Inside seemed like they gutted this location recently and didn’t finish whatever they were trying to do. Probably won’t be back mostly due to it being out of our way.

First time coffee shop owner here, have been working with Cartel for about a year now. I cannot express how satisfied I am with Cartel's bean variations, taste, consistency, and overall quality of their products. But most of all, I am overjoyed with now responsive and helpful their staff has been with throughout the entire process. Special shoutout to Kelly Ehley, who was the person I reached out to for espresso samples. She helped me select the perfect roast for my taste, helped me create and set up my account when their servers got transferred, and still checks in with me from time to time to see how things are going (even when she is OOO/ Out of Office).

This is my guilty pleasure. This coffee is the best! So smooth and thr best flavor. We have been hooked since my husband used to travel there for business and we started ordering online. It's a Must Try.

Awesome space!!

Good vibes and legit baristas at this local coffee shop. Lots of people on laptops and bustling with chatter. The restroom could use an upgrade, but it's functional and relatively clean. I'd like to see more goings on...maybe an open mic or poetry reading!? Could be interesting!? They also roast beans and bake all their stuff in house. Edit: hung out again... all good.but the housemade toaster pastry are the best!

this is my favorite expresso of all time. Love it so much I subscribe to their service and get it delved monthly
