WELP. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO POST A REVIEW FOR THE RV SECTION BUT HERE IT IS. I WILL NEVER EVER WASTE MY $ OR TIME ON THE RV PARK EVER AGAIN. WE HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE THERE. WE CAME FROM OUT OF STATE AND MADE RESERVATIONS WAY BEFORE ARRIVING. WEN WE ARRIVED OUR RESERVED SPACE WAS TAKEN, WE HAD TO WALK BACK AND FORTH TO THE HOTEL TO FIND OUT WATS GOING ON AND TO GET THINGS TAKEN CARE OF, THEY MOVED US TO A DIFFERENT SPOT, THE SPOT WOULDN'T ACCOMMODATE OUR RV AND NEEDS, WAITED AND WAITED FOR ASSISTANCE AND NOTHING, FINALLY GOT A CORNER SPOT THAT WAS DIRTY AND TABLES AND JUNK IN THE WAY, WE REQUESTED FOR SOMEONE TO COME CLEAN IT UP BUT NONE CAME. WE CLEANED IT UP AND MOVED THE THINGS OURSELVES. IT WAS NOISY AND UNCOMFORTABLE. THERE WAS A GUY NEXT TO US THAT CAME INTO OUR AREA AND TOOK THINGS FROM US. A SO CALLED MANAGER CAME AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND THREATENED US. I ALMOST CALLED THE COPS BUT I WALKED AWAY. I HAD THINGS TO DO NOT ARGUE AND WASTE MY TIME. I TOLD HIM I WANT HIS NAME AND CORPORATE NUMBER AND HE DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE ME HIS NAME AND SAID THERE'S NO CORP AND THAT'S HE'S THE HIGHEST PERSON TO TALK TO. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE THERE. I'M KEEPING SOME DETAILS OUT ON PURPOSE CAUSE I DON'T WANT TO WORRY ABOUT RETALIATION BY THE SO CALLED MANAGER OR ANYONE.... I'LL STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE FROM HERE ON. GOODBYE....

Casino is nice food is good and people are friendly. Ever since that lady won that big 3 million $ jackpot there machines are tight I play there a lot and haven’t won anything. When I go to Reno I win money. Hey but the foods good.

I called 2 times, once on the day before my checkin date and second time before arriving and I was told that microwave will be available and will be put in the room only at the time of checkin. So I planned accordingly and bought food for my 8 month old and for ourselves too. At the time of checkin they said that microwave is not available and the person at checkin counter was rude too. She told me at the time of checkin that they will check on microwave and will see if its available as it might not be available and asked me to call at number 0 after some time. I called half an hour later and she said its not available and hung up. I called again to share the feedback that I was told that microwave will be available and then she again hung up. Then I called 3rd time and said that can I not share my feedback and why she hung up and she said that she doesnt want to argue on this topic. I was like waoooo, how can it being an argument that they lied to me before and now hanging up on my even after I checkin in. So, they first lied and then the person at registration was super rude. [Edit 04/2024]: Their Director Matt understood the problem and clarified that it was an issue with the new hire they had and he talked with that person and took care of the issue. Matt made sure that it will not happen again and that person treats well to others in future. So, I am updating my rating based on my follow up experience with Matt and the hotel. I gave it another try this year and it was a totally different and good experience staying there
