We really liked the vibe. Place got very full with a nice crowd of folks going bracing windy rain on a Saturday evening. Great location near the comedy clubs and other venues. Service was meh. Food was meh. Hot drinks were warm/hot.
Love their Lasagna and steak.
This has got to be one of the more overrated brunch spots in the city. The omelettes are amazing, outside of that nothing is great, let alone good. The bottomless drinks are terrible, pretty sure my bloody mary was straight of a tomato juice bottle with a splash of vodka added, not a single spice of any kind, ice was half melted. Prices are decent. The service was mediocre, the atmosphere wasn't for us. We were stuck at a mini round table that couldn't even hold our breakfast plates entirely as half of our plates were hanging off the table edge over our laps. The restaurant is far too noisy, you can't even hear the person across from you sitting at a dollhouse-sized table.
Cool bar with pretty good food. It was easy to get a table for Brunch on a Sunday with no reservation.
The waitress claims I went over my $150 Groupon spend but was unable to provide me with a receipt of what my bill was and charged me an extra $50. They said they would email me my receipt the next day come to find out their closed for the next two days. I will be disputing my charges with them.. Thieves
Bartender currently high. 2 for the price of 1
i usually dont say this about any restaurant in a review, but its CRIMINAL that this place doesn't have a unanimous 5 star review. Everything from the minimalist but swanky spreak-easy decor to the most amazing homemade Italian I have ever had in NYC, this place is just an absolute gem of a find. Will def be back to try their other dishes - and cocktails - which were also ON POINT !! Edit : Went there a 2cd time, different group and everyone loved it. My only recommendation is to PLEASE add Chicken Parmasean to your menu. I know the kitchen would cook it to perfection !!!
