The last time I was at a Carrabbas was about 15 years ago. I was not disappointed about my return. Olivia did a great job! food was amazing and everyone seemed so happy to be there!

My good friend received a gift certificate for his birthday and ordered takeout to enjoy at home. Ready to enjoy his first bite, he discovered a long dark hair in his food. He called me feeling confused and disappointed of the loss of the reputation of his favorite restaurant. I told him to report it immediately so the manager/cooks can address it and ask them for a credit. The gift card was never replemish. I told him he probably spoke to a hostess who didn't understand the importance of retention or the urgency to report. Is it possible to recover and repair my dear friends uncomfortable bad experience? Is the cost a $35.00 dollar meal worth his time or have you lost a customer and potential future ones.
The spaghetti was so good, it will be my next go to pasta next time. We all enjoyed it too.
I have been so disappointed, the last five meals that i've taken out from my local carrabba's have all been horrible. For years I'd never had a bad meal the tables are turning.
WOW. I went to this Italian restaurant recently for my grandson's birthday and our experience was amazing! Olivia was my server for the evening and I was impressed! such a young women and working so hard! after I was done eating she boxed all my food and labelled it. never seen that before, nice surprise. will be returning. Vegetarian options: Any pasta dish with meat can be altered Kid-friendliness: highchairs and booster seats available
