Carrabba's Italian Grill

Everything was perfect! Laura was our waitress and she was wonderful. She always makes sure we are taken care of and goes out of her way to make sure everything is great. The food was quick and great too. The pollo rosa is the best.

Carrabba's has always been good but on our most recent visit it's obvious they have made a commitment to take it up another level. We were impressed. Good service and good food.

Autumn was wonderful I love this restaurant. By far the best in town. Food great. Service great! Thanks for a wonderful vacation :)

Alayja was amazing! We always have an amazing experience here but tonight we brought my uncle and aunt from out of town and they made sure we had the most amazing experience!!!! 20/20 can’t recommend this place enough!

I can understand an order being late because the kitchen is slammed and they're taking their time to ensure quality food. However, that was not the case with my order last night. The spaghetti was missing the meatballs that I paid extra for, all of the fettuccine was stuck together in the Weesie (with stray spaghetti and Ravioli noodles), the 3 caesar salads were skimped and in no way consistently portioned, and my husband never received his lasagna. On top of all that, my Dasher wasn't able to pick up my order until half an hour after my order was supposed to be delivered. I called the restaurant to see what the holdup was and I was informed the kitchen is backed up and slow. I was fine with that under the assumption they were going for quality. If the kitchen is feeling overwhelmed, maybe put a cap on customers, cancel some orders. Instead of receiving something so disappointing, I'd rather get a refund and an explanation of why so I can order on a better day. Instead you chose no integrity and to take my money. This is the last time I'll waste my money here.
