The food was very good. Went for brunch. Short staffed and very busy Our waitress was phenomenal. On top of everything having a load of tables.

Not the best meal we have had there. Talk to the manager he wanted to compensate us but I said not necessary.It was just for informational purposes.

This incident happened at the 5820 Red Bug Lake Rd Winter Springs, FL 32708 United States The story is posted on there but I am also posting here because PATRICK stated he manages this location as well. Summarization : Dan the manager at the red bug lake winter springs location is a RACIST. He waved money in my face to compensate a waitress dropping an entire drink on my partner and I, bringing out wrong orders, having dirty utensils & glasses with lip stains, attitude from staff. Refusing to sit our party due to an event . Yet other big party guest walking in of white race were being sat in smaller sections . After the incident: I reported this on the carrabbas website. Patrick and Glenn managing partners I believe reached out to me. Initially they were remorseful and apologized on Dan's behalf they also told me to come back in with my family and they'll cover the tab he also said he would reimburse what we paid the night of the incident . I was very shocked and appreciative of this . I still have no words for Dan, but his partners Glen and Patrick were great, so I thought. We arrived at the restaurant and were seated . Unfortunately the food was made wrong and we still had dirty glasses ie lipstick stains on the glasses. It was fine as we were invited by Patrick so we didn't leave. The server was very friendly and expressed his apologies for the dirty cups he just switched them out. We really appreciated him and his efforts. They did not go unnoticed and we tipped generously. UPDATE: Fast forward to today( weeks later ) , it's been weeks since the dinner and still no refund. I'm not sure why Glen and Patrick would ask me to send over my receipt of the check and mention a refund when none was done. I messaged Patrick & Dan the check personally as they both insisted and am still awaiting the refund. Over a month at this point has gone by. Patrick has yet to reimburse. Initially HE suggested this I don't understand why he's suddenly not fulfilled all his promises. I will be taking this to social media .

Okay, so I came tonight with a party of 20. I own a very successful Italian restaurant so obviously my expectations are gonna be high, but I also know business and some things can be overlooked because maybe they were short staffed or extra busy in the kitchen. Well, not the case. This was an absolute disaster from start to finish. When I first got there with about 9 of us, the server came over and said “where’s the rest of your party?” Who asks the table that when we weren’t late to the reservation? Strike 1. Strike 2 goes to my nephew waiting 35 minutes for his lemonade. First he got a kids cup with Hi-C in it. He’s 16 and 6 foot tall so definitely not a child. So we sent it back. It took 15 more minutes for the server to come back with strawberry lemonade for him. Still not what he ordered. Finally got it right on the 3rd try. Strike 3 was my cocktail. Oh my goodness, it was disgusting. Prickly Pear Margarita. Terrible. We had to send both back. Strike 4 finally after an hour, my server took the appetizer order. Slowest service ever. Strike 5 was the apps themselves. First, can’t order mozzarella sticks because they were “out of the cheese”. No, you have mozzarella cheese, you just don’t want to say you’re out of your frozen sticks in the back. No big deal. The Calamari rings were so tiny. The dipping sauce was served in to-go soup cups, not ramekins. Terrible presentation. Stuffed mushrooms were soggy and greasy. Not good flavor. Caprese was served with literally 50 grape tomatoes. It was ridiculous in comparison to the cheese it came with. The meatballs were lukewarm warm, tough and bland. Strike 6 I asked the server if we could order dinner and she said “you have a lot of apps coming, I’ll take the order later”. We were already at 1hr 15 mins into it. Strike 7. No refills. We all needed drinks and were never offered anymore. Strike 8. Auctioning off food. No one, including the server knew where any of the food goes. So disorganized and unprofessional. Strike 9. 2 of my guests didn’t receive their soup and salad. Sat there with nothing for an additional 10 mins while the rest do us were done eating our salads. Strike 10. My dinner the filet and shrimp Tuscan. Absolutely terrible. Gummy pasta. Premade flavorless Alfredo sauce. Spinach wasn’t sautéed at all. Still raw like in a salad. Shrimp had a shells on some of them. Dry, bland filet. I didn’t even it eat my dinner. Strike 11. Scallops burnt. Strike 12. Johnnys trio. Overcooked steak. Brown gravy as Marsala sauce. Strike 13. After this giant fiasco. I wanted to order a dessert for my nephews 21st bday so we could sing to him. I was never offered dessert. Strike 14. I waited 20 mins for the bill. Strike 15. I used the restroom before leaving and it was gross. Papers all over the floor. Dirty toilet. Out of paper. Wet floors everywhere. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant in my life. Literally every aspect was terrible. What a mess.
