Carrabba's Italian Grill

Why is it that Carrabba's insists on over seasoning its food? The grill baste is one thing, but I had the chicken trio tonight and it was horrible! All I tasted was pepper! The chicken was bland, over peppered and a bit overcooked, the Marsala sauce was runny (it's usually thick and buttery) and had absolutely no flavor, and for the Chicken Bryan the sun dried tomatoes were really dry and had no moisture. About the only thing that was good was my shrimp scampi appetizer and the smashed potatoes. My wife had the chicken piacatta, but the chicken wasn't pounded thin so it was chewy. My daughter had the lasagna and it was good from what I heard of it. Overall, it was a wasted family meal effort.

Went in for dinner ordered chicken parmigiana and never have I had such a terrible meal at Carrabbas! Chicken was pounded down so thin and was burnt beyond recognition. Service was horrible and the saddest part was she was training someone new!

We dine in here often, but chose delivery for tonight’s purchase. Had to contact the store to add on a forgotten request and Jonas was the most outstanding professional customer friendly service person that we have ever spoken with at this location. His outgoing personality truly made us get excited about the delivery we were expecting to receive. He is definitely an asset to this company and the perfect person to handle these calls! It is truly hard and extremely rare to find support staff that you can tell really does care about the customer and their experience.
