Carrabba's Italian Grill

It was the worst experience ever! Halfway eating my salad, I find a bug. The waitress was rude! The manager didn't come by the table to apologize. The waitress just said sorry, took it off our bill. Never again!!!!

While visiting your restaurant, I noticed a young lady putting out fires left and right all while being curtious with all those involved. That were being nasty with here. She helped the hostess station with expertise! I watched her smile the entire time I was there... KARMIN NEEDS A RAISE!! She also visited other tables making sure others were OK. My core family try to get together once a month. I called the day before to make seating possible... when my first family member got there, there wasn't anything ready to accommodate our group... hence; why I called ahead... the service was poor... our drinks ran dry so often , we didn't cause a scene but I was disappointed that I had suggested Carabba's... that won't happen again. I know it's no skin off your nose.. I see I won't be returning. My check was $230.00 and I still tipped well above 20 percent. Maybe you sections are too large or maybe she was new or someone in the kitchen was new.... bc I was in service, at one time in my life, you never can hold one person at fault . We won't be returning... the food wasn't that great any way. Parking: I'm disabled and the handicap parking was a bit far... also the sidewalk was slanted... I'm sure it's a drainage situation but for myself... on a day of sunshine... it was difficult

Just had a wonderful dinner at home from Carrabba’s Hendersonville TN. We picked up Momma Mandola’ Soup and Spiedino De Mare. Absolutely delicious. I am from Houston and have eaten many times at the Original location there. The consistency is excellent there and has carried forward here in Tennessee. Kuddos to the local Management and staff.

We've been here twice now. Food is always delicious! Service is good. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is friendly.

We went for Valentines Day. Our table was in the bar area. Server was fine. Service was fine. The food was fine. His filet was lacking in flavor and was rather chewy. With the amount of our bill we'd like our entrees to be a little better than "fine".
